HS junior Knighton broke the world U20 record again (19.84) as Noah Lyles won the 200 in 19.74. Harrison PR'd in the long jump (8.47 meters) after clearing 2.33m to win the high jump.

Day 7 Recap: Dafne Schippers & Ashton Eaton Set the Track on Fire; Tianna Bartoletta Wins LJ Gold with PB on Final Attempt

Schippers' 21.63 set a meet record and made her the third-fastest woman of all-time. Jamaica's Elaine Thompson ran 21.66 (#5 all-time) but had to settle for silver as 3 women broke 22.00 in the same race for just the second time ever. Eaton ran 45.00 for 400 during the decathlon (best-ever during a decathlon) and could challenge his WR on Saturday.
