Name says it all, gives a ton of structure and stability with a decent amount of cushion. I have found that it can sometimes last over 300 miles but usually can feel when it's time to hang them up around 250-300. They're a great shoe and my go-to.

I have run in Nike Structures since the 90s, relying on them largely for base mileage while using lighter/faster shoes for workouts and racing. I have flat feet that pronate in mildly as well. I found this version to be much slower to break in and much clunkier than prior models. I never felt like I could truly move quickly in this version. Not enough to make me drop the shoe entirely, but to use it more sparingly for long slow distance.

The Nike Structure has long been one of the better running and support shoes that Nike created. The structure had a lull and a slight change in the 18-19 with a different back that would rub the heel. It was also less comfortable. The 21 and 22 models have gone back to the basics and are sleek, good looking and supportive. For larger heavier runners or over pronators this shoe is a perfect fit. I have worn every Nike shoe they have made for training and this one is always my go to. From the first time you put this shoe on, you never get blisters or lose circulation. Stick with the Nike Structure Triax and you'll find success and less injuries in your training.

The price point is about average for modern day running shoes but when they go on sale under $90 is the best value. $120 for this shoe is a little much.

I've worn the Structure since it was the 14 back when I was in high school. Through every iteration since, I have liked the shoe. I pronate so I need the stability and it is one of the few shoes that I've never been injured in. Seems to hold up to 350-400 miles without issue for me. Don't know what I'm gonna do if the rumors about Nike discontinuing this shoe are true.

Have used Bowerman stability shoes since the Stab in the 80’s. Love these but wish they weren’t so hard to find!

I've been wearing Structures since college track and XC (over 10 years) and they've been excellent. They're light for a supportive shoe, look great, and hold up really well. I can do 500 miles on them before feeling the need to replace them.

Nike maybe be considered a “casual footwear” company when it comes to shoes, however the Zoom Structure 22s are an elite competitor when comparing them to other running shoes. They provide a sturdy, comfortable, and supportive run and I have always had good experience with the past versions. The arch support is very good, which is why I love them so much.

I’ve been dealing with P.F. For a while. The stability in these bad boys has been enough to keep me running. They are lighter and feel less clunky than most other stability offerings.
