Not my first time wearing On's but, first time with the CloudGo. Great overall shoe. Super comfortable to run/wear around all day. Midsole is cushy while still having some responsiveness. My only complaint with the shoe is the height of the toe box. I don't notice it when I'm running but walking around I feel like I can point my toes straight up and would still have room. My feet are relatively thin so I'm a bit biased but like I said, not something that would stop me from buying the shoe again.

By far the most interesting shoe I have ever run in. I had never ran in a pair of ons before, so I decided to buy the cloudgos shortly after they were released. My first impression of the shoe was that it was heavy, unresponsive, lacked cushion, and was the worst shoe I had ever ran in. However, after 50+ miles, it felt like the shoe started to really break in. It felt more cushioned, developed a nice ride, and was pleasant to run in at times. After around 150 miles on the shoe, it has become one of my favorite shoes in my rotation. However, because it took such a long time to break in, I'm not sure that I would purchase this shoe again—certainly not at the price I bought it for originally. But if you are willing to be patient and break the shoe in, I'd say give it a go!
