If you travel frequently and only have space for one pair of running shoes, the Rebels are a great choice. Light and cushioned, but versatile enough to use for speed work, tempo runs, and longer runs. They have the latest foam technology without the plate. Great value too.

This is honestly the best daily trainer I've ever used, even coming from the Rebel v2.  The largest difference between the two is that the v3 feels like it has a wider landing area on the forefoot, giving it the stability you need to really open things up.

I've used it for easy days, long runs, speed work, you name it. It does it all, and with no blisters whatsoever (narrow feet with high arches).  The only downside is that I had to order the shoes twice since the sizing runs too small. Get a half size up.

I use this shoe mostly for tempos and long run workouts when I want something light and fast, but without the mechanical advantage of a carbon plate. It lets my legs work (as opposed to bouncing along in alphas) without bogging me down. They feel soft enough to be easy on the body and springy enough to accommodate faster paces. Honestly, I’ve even grabbed these for recovery runs because I like their cushion so much.
I do size up a half size for a little more room in the toe box, but have also made my normal size work when there’s a color I really like and they’re out. I would say this shoe wears out a little faster-300ish mi max.

It work sufficiently to meet it's requirements as a shoe that is functional for both easy runs and workouts. Man, it's a training workout, although it kinda does not matter if you have a plate in it or it weights like a standard daily trainer.

But the midsole feels cushioned enough for all runs and the upper feels airy and breathable enough in my humid environment. It is not as fast as the NB 1500v6 and does its job to handle my workout intervals between 400-1000m. It is not as snappy and pace controlling (ie it's pretty easy to speed up in this shoe) as compared to Saucony Endorphin Speed for steady/tempo/threshold paces. (Tempos in Endorphin Speed works super nice anyways.)

Definitely worth buying but ain't worth if you are looking for something to race in.

Had 3 of these now.  Light enough to go properly fast before getting into supershow category, and cushioned enough to be a long run shoe.  really like it as a non-plated option for any and all tasks. Compared tov1 and v2 its way more stable, durable, and i find the fit and look better as well.

I use this shoe for all my faster work on the track and roads (faster than 5:20/mile). I find it cushioned enough to warm-up in if I don't want to have to change shoes. Feels great running faster paces and seems to be quite durable.

This is my favorite daily trainer. It is a great lightweight shoe with a nice amount of cushion. It feels great on slow days and is capable of going fast on some workouts. New Balance really improved the durability compared to the V2.

Have been a Brooks Ghost shoe wearer for 4 years and just wanted something different.  Really enjoy the feel and stability.
