    Love this for after long runs when you feet are killing you! The upper is warm   Or my favorite but no terrible! Works well for me but I live near the coast so not super hot here.

    From the box these NB FreshFoam 840 are comfortable. The lightness of the deep midsole is now customary in trainers but still worth noting. 

    The upper is a sockfit construction around the heel which means little chance of chafing or Achilles interference.
