This shoe is a really good shoe. It has Altra's "zero drop" technology which is great for learning natural running form. This shoe does not have near as much cushioning as a Hoka or other shoe, and I like it that way, I like my shoes a little more responsive. Great shoe, has held up well so far, I have over 300 miles on it.
I generally run in max cushion shoes so this was a departure for me. There is just enough cushion for me for distances under 2 hours but for longer runs I prefer the Paradigm. It's a no frills shoe but is a great daily trainer.
Low profile shoe with plenty of cushion without being too soft. Makes for quick, nice runs. Durable as well. Have almost 100 Miles in them and very minimal wear.
