We’ve always said that our visitors are the smartest track and field fans out there and we’ll see if that’s true in the coming weeks as your rankings of the top NCAA cross country teams are much different than the USTFCCCA coaches poll on the men’s side.
In the coaches poll, NAU is #1 on the men’s side. In the LetsRun.com poll, Syracuse is #1 and NAU is just #5. In the coaches poll, Stanford is just #11. In the LRC poll, the Cardinal are #4.
On the women’s side of the ledger, the top three teams in the LetsRun.com top 10 are the exact same as the coaches poll.
