May 24, 2014 to May 25, 2014
updated: May 24, 2014
May 24 update: The World Relays are also on Universal Sports via DishWorld. For today’s 4×800 final, the final is right before the live broadcast starts at 6:30 pm eastern. We assume they will show the 4×800 race on the broadcast, but if you want to watch it without knowing the results, avoid the internet for a little while.
Track and Field fans in the United States wanting to watch a stream of the 2014 Diamond League live online now have options and can watch the 2014 Diamond League for free if they get Universal Sports via cable/satellite or for $10/a month live or on demand via DishWorld if they don’t.
Atletico Madrid – Barcelona Bonus for soccer fans: With Dish World you get access to a host of other channels (more below) including BeIN Sports.
1) If you get Universal Sports via cable or satellite Click here and you can authenticate your cable subscription and watch online for free.
2) If you don’t get Universal Sports, Click Here and Subscribe to Dish World Sports for $10/month and Be Able to Watch Universal Sports Online LIVE or ON DEMAND (They have a 48 hour free trial that does not require a credit card if you want to test it out. Also you can watch anything on demand so if you can’t watch a Diamond League Meet live, you can watch it after the fact or 30 minutes from now. Their Dish World sports package costs $10 a month and includes access to Universal Sports which is the home of the Diamond League in the US and also broadcast the Boston Marathon. Subscribe today and continue for 4 months and that will put you through the final Diamond League meet in Brussels on September 5th. There are 14 Diamond League meets in total (fair warning: we assume the Pre Classic and adidas Grand Prix will be broadcast on regular NBC this year not Universal Sports, but are not sure). In addition to full access to Universal Sports with your $10 Dish World subscription, you get access to beIN Sports which has a ton of international soccer and is the broadcast rights holder of La Liga, Serie A, and Ligue 1 in the USA, plus they have shows for Arsenal and Chelsea (not games live). If you want to watch the conclusion of the La Liga in Spain, BeIN Sports is your only option. For the $10 a month Dish World subscription you also get access to One World Sports, Willow Cricket and nonsports channels Bloomberg TV, Euronews, France 24 (English), and even Russia Today if you’d like to know Putin’s take on the crisis in the Ukraine.
