Below you find a video produced by Olympic 5,000 and 10,000 8th placer Julia Bleasdale training in South Africa earlier this year from a trip she funded herself.
The training went well as Bleasdale recently became the first non-African born runner to win the Carlsbad 5000 in over a decade: Dejen Gebremskel And Julia Bleasdale Win 2014 Carlsbad 5,000 – Bernard Lagat Sets New American Record Of 13:19.
