This is true. The worst part of about it is that it also means Nike Canada doesn't get the same selection of available shoes that the US gets, even though the US is so much closer than flying shoes in from the Netherlands. For example, Nike Canada never has Zoom Streaks of Zoom Streak LT.

Mine seem to be stuck in transit...
I've got mine, though I got it from a local running store and not from Nike. I did curbside pick up as well. The store had them on sale a couple of weeks before I saw them available at Nike.ca. Disclosure: I'm from Toronto.
