So I’m 17 and have started training now and I’m very curious at what I could max out at in the 5 and 10k.
Recently ran a 21:38 5k with zero training.
Also when I was 15 I ran a 44:42 10k with zero training.
And when I say zero training I mean I maybe went for a 2k run the day before.
But I have always been into sports and use to do a bit of swimming and football(English) back when I was 13-14.
I used to sprint as well and when I was 12 running a sub 14 100m if that means anything.
So I would love to know if I could one day run a sub 15 and Maybe a sub 30
