Hey i'm kinda new to running so take it easy on me. I've been wandering about how galen rupp used to run in heavily stabilized shoes such as the structures from nike, yet he can be seen running in neutral shoes such as the vaporfly and alphafly,as of recent. How do you guys think someone who's a severe overpronator like galen made the transition? do you guys think he trained his arches and body in some kind of way or maybe corrected something i dunno. Or he just adapted? or maybe he runs with insoles? I would love to hear some insights, thanks.
