What's he talking about? A few weeks ago he whined that he was doubling the fine to $1,000 for violating the "stay-at-home" order. So, which is it? Voluntary or mandated? ?

I wonder if you were to contest a stay-at-home summons - if the court would dismiss it as unconstitutional? Perhaps these governors think that most people will just pay the ticket and states will bring in some extra revenue?
