Are these banned for using in competition? They have the carbon plate. New Balance FuelCell TC v1
carbon plates themselves are not banned. There is no shoe out there that is banned. The rules for banning are basically:
1. stack cannot be higher than 40mm
2. cannot have more than one plate on different planes (multiple plates on the same plane is ok)
