I'm a high school junior, and my goal this season has been to run sub 5 for the 1600. I don't have a coach anymore, so I'm continuing to train myself for the next 6 weeks and then I will do a final time trial and move into xc training after that.

5:08 for 1600 - 4 weeks ago on a dare against a friend
18:50 for 3 miles - Last week, solo TT, legs wouldn't move faster but lungs felt fine and I felt I could have held the pace for longer
I'm not really sure of specific workouts that would be beneficial for me. I think I am more strong endurance wise vs speed wise. If I got up and raced a half marathon right now, I'd probably finish in a shade under 90 minutes. However, last week I did a workout of 6 x 200 with full recovery, ran every rep all out, and all were in the 33s. I don't think I could run much faster than that, maybe 32 for a single rep. In a different workout, I ran a 70 for the 400 not all out, so I think my time for that is around 68 right now.
Any advice on specific workouts I should do or how I should progress with the 6 weeks I have? All input is welcome.
