Farah looked to be planning a 6 mile tempo today with 2 miles warmup to begin. This was done on IG live. At a bit before 4 miles, he looks to be really struggling, and asks the guy filming to stop. Looks like even the defending Olympic champ is struggling with his fitness in this Covid era.

Everyone has bad runs. The white elephant had bad runs, Mo Farah, not Galen Rupp of course, but everyone else. Me and my bro Shad were talking about how much faster Mo would be if he switched to the magic coach, JS. He might get another world record.

Interesting thoughts Rian Hale :) Even if Mo never has run a world record I think I could coach him close to Kam`s world record at the half. Mo is primarily a championship runner as we know.
But I have already another coaching mission of highest rank !!! But it`s very secret so far and the release of who it is will be in a couple of years. Cheers! :)

Well.......it wasn`t that bad as you want to make it look .I coached him to a new PR at 10 miles after 9 years delay.......! Anyway, with all facts on hand I now understand that he would need one more year under my wings to run that sub 2:19 .......he was too far away in shape when the coaching of him started.
