Benefits?
Pace: 6:45-7:10-7:30-8:00 ranging on elevation gain, etc. Strides everyday too.
Mix terrain: flat, hilly, road, dirt, or trail.
Routes: different loops & out n backs ,
I plan on running 10 mile days at least 3-4 times & 1 long run. The rest of the days I’d like to double. What’s the best way? 4 AM 6/8 PM ?
