So I did a 8x400 workout with a min recovery between each rep at an average of 62 across the board. That day was like 20-30 mph winds in my face and it certainly put me on my butt. What would you predict my mile to be?

First let me just tell you what you want to hear (the validation that you seek by writing this post):
“Since the wind made your 400’s so difficult, you’ll be able to hold 62 for 4 consecutive laps, thus running a 4:08 mile.”
Disclaimer: That’s not true.
Did you run the 400’s on a track? If so, then you did not have a headwind the whole time (actually less than half of the time). I’m guessing you would run anywhere from 4:30-5:00, but it is really dependent on how much effort you gave the 62s 400’s. What was your recovery or rest between reps?
Min rest after every rep and yes it was on a track. My PR is a 4:12 and I’m wondering if something like that which I did would mean im maybe in sub 4:10 shape

I agree with you. I bet the first few were not that hard but maybe the 7th and 8th were a struggle.
