My state hasn’t cancelled outdoor yet but there’s no way they don’t. That said, i got 5 months till Xc. Some of my friends are training like track is gonna happen and are prepping for time trials. I’m prepping to throw down next fall.
I’m currently in about 5:00-5:10 1600 shape.
15 year old freshmen male. 5’7 125lb
Ran 25-30 mpw during Xc and indoor. Too a break after indoor and have since built to 40.
So, give me whatever you got. Think i should build up to 80 mpw and cruise there? Tell me.
I want to be able to run around 17:45 as XC begins, which is what will give me a fighting chance to possibly take the 7th spot.
