. According to Keith Livingstone, my sub-threshold pace is between 165 and 171 BPM, while my threshold pace is in the 171-178 range.
. According to Daniels, my marathon pace is between 154 and 173 BPM, while my threshold pace is in the 173-177 range.
This week, I did a 45 min workout @ 167 HR on average (without warm-up). At the end, my legs were feeling heavy and sore. There is no way I could sustain this pace for a full marathon. I also feel that my threshold pace is lower than what Livingstone or Daniels prescribe.
Has anyone else noticed the same thing ?
