What places if any have banned running?

In another thread, some girl living in Spain said Spain had banned running.

None yet in the States. Coming soon to a city near you?

NJ is dire.

Curfew, and the last two times I stepped outside around curfew, about half the people waking had pit bulls they did not look like they could handle.

I live a few blocks across the water from NYC.

This is what I am most afraid of. I don't have a treadmill so will I not be able to run? Will I be able to run around my neighborhood?

Lots of public park closures, all city-owned parks where I'm at. These venues are also used for large social gatherings.

Do it at night in dark clothing with no light. They'll never know you're out there.

As a Spaniard, I can give details. Citizens are only allowed outside in the following cases:

-go buy groceries

-go to the doctor/hospital/farmacy

-go to work

-go to the bank/atm

-walk the dog

-to care for the elderly/disabled

And special circunstances like emergencies and so on. I think that's about it.

No running. No biking. No going to the beach. Those who refuse to comply are given a warning, then fined.

To answer wejo - outdoor activities are healthy unless they mean you're catching and/or spreading a very contagious, potentially deadly disease.

That doesn't seem right at all.

People have the right to excercise.

Even if the planet is on fire, we can excercise.

Puerto Rico. We are under a 14 day quarantine that started last night.

I ran today without a problem but my friend got escorted home by police. Even the governor gave an interview today where she said she was disappointed that so many people were seen running and bicycling this morning. She made clear running it bicycling was not allowed.

In running again tomorrow.

Can not confirm non-running but 7 counties near San Francisco have imposed full lockdown and stay in houses. If so I would assume it includes outdoor running.

You can still run in SF, but you have to maintain the Social Distance.
