I have 10-mile race in two weeks, What should be my target pace for that race if GARMIN tells me that my lactate threshold pace is 6:00 min/KM (9:40 min/Mile).
Training/Fitness history:
I have done lots of 5k races and my 5K PB has improved from 35 to 27 mins over the last year, and I am running regularly at least 4 days a week ( more than 3 hours per week). I longest run was 11 miles @ 2:10 Hours.
