I would say not quite yet, but pretty decent chance you'll get there this year.
You’ll be close! Those 46s worry me but I think you are at least ready to PR! You might be able to crank out a 1:59 but prepare more for 2:01-2:03
You're close, but I agree with Copper on the 46's. The rest of the workout was just under 2:00 pace. By the end of the season you should have a shot in the right races and getting pulled along.
