Because I really don`t have any clue how good/bad my 800m time is for my age/training and if it's maybe time to do another event or stuff like this I'am asking you for help. What do you think about my ability in this event and should I change or is it too late in my age?
Currently I'm 21
all 800m races I`ve done so far
2016= 2:16 , 2016= 2:11 , 2017=2:07, 2019=2:08, 2019=2:04, 2019=2:02
all 200m races
2019= 23.9
all 100m races
2019= 11.8
I'am weight lifting one time a week and running two times a week.
Running means some intervalls like 2x150/200/250 or stuff like this.
