No complaints for indoor 5000m in Next%
Wouldn't hurt but consider spikes first. There's this kid in my state who has rich divorced parents and they got him vaporflys and carbon x's. He wore the vaporflys for his indoor 3k states race on a 160m track and he couldn't get very good traction with all the sharp turns. Ended up running considerably slower than his previous races where he wore spikes.
Interesting point. Of course, 160m is probably tight as all out.
