Are either of their shoulders 3D? Asking for a friend.
Yeah but only due to being myostatin deficient it would appear.
Not trying to be sarcastic either.
This is myostatin thing is something new it seems.
I noticed lots of other athletes who look like they have this.
Another one is natural bodybuilder Simeon Panda.
https://www.instagram.com/p/B8UFwGhhuJE/And I really do believe that he's natural. Like this isn't me being sarcastic... Me joking around.. Or anything.
Like he's literally natural. That's how he looks..
I can now apply this myostatin theory to tons of other athletes it seems. Such as Vernon Davis and Greg Jones.
Maybe it's not so much hard work after all than it is just simply being myostatin deficient.. That takes away some of the respect I once had for these guys. But overall they still deserve respect because they were able to push themselves to a degree better than most other myostatin deficient athletes.
So I guess the number one things you want to be are.
1. Number one is being myostatin deficient so that you can sprint faster, jump higher, and lift more weight than everyone else naturally due to you being myostatin deficient.
2. Have a great coach.
3. I guess there's really no number 3 here. Just the first two it looks like.
