Great looking shoe. I love the adios and bostons so hopefully this will perform well too.
No indication of price although it'll probably be $200+ like the others.
And it's so thin and still has the carbon plate in it.
It probably isn't curved as much...aka less energy loss prevention...
It's probably couse boost is heavy. Don't know why didn't they put more lightstrike instead of Boost.

Gotta cater to the heel strikers
Excited for these. Would like to see them tested, but if they're near the vaporflys I think I'd prefer them for aesthetic and probably durability reasons.
The shoe has Boost all through its length, the EVA just surrounds it for stability.
Not sure it has a plate, though.

"Carbitex carbon plate"

I stand corrected re: carbon plate.

Link says it has the carbitex carbon plate.

But i'd say most runners for who this shoe is made for are front or middle strikers simce they are meant for someone that can run a "10 k under 45" and knows something about sport and technique, not someone who runs a 1h 10 couse those guys aren't would probably go with a more coushened shoe fromt he start 1080v10 or something like that I'd say
Interesting. Carbon plate is said to be located between midsole and sockliner. This looks like a more traditional racing flat, much like Takumi Sen but with a plate. Doubt it's a vaporfly killer but could be a good shoe nevertheless.
In case anybody didn't read the press release, the RRP is 180 euros so probably $180-190 and £170 judging by other models pricing. Much more reasonable pricing than the vaporfly. Definitely going to try these out.
Any useful information like weight, stack and drop?
Boost is BACK baby!
This looks different and much lower stack than some of the recent prototype pics. Wonder if there is another model coming as well?

They look similar to the adios 5.
One thing I like about Adidas is their student discount. Was 35% off over new year. Just got the adios with 25% off.
