Also had 2 min rest in between each rep
No clue about the 800 but you ARE in 6:00 mile shape if the rest was under 90s.
Probably 2:45+/- 5 seconds
2:40-2:45?
That's not very fast, sorry man.
Keep grinding on that 800-time dude. As a frosh, I ran 2:39 my first race and 2:42 my second but by junior year I'd run 2:05. The faster you make that 800 the faster your mile will be, and your two-mile as well.
The stronger you get in the 800 the stronger you'll be in other races. Keep your head up.
3 minutes flat. Run one and find out.
Go for 2:45! Ignore all the haters. I ended freshman year with a 2:49 PR and here I am senior year pushing sub 2. Guys like us have a lot more to brag about than the guys that start out freshman year with 2:08s and run 1:59 by senior year.
Work on more speed
That’s the goal I’ve brought my 27 5k to 19:45 I’m slower in track and a bit out of shape right now

Yo buddy
I'm not a great runner, I'm not all American, I've never won a gatorade state award...heck...I never even qualified for the championship section for NBNO (I recently did for NBNI 2020 tho)
However, I have placed top 10 in my state XC meet and am talking to some pretty good D1 schools, and the one piece of advice I'd give ya is that everything is a process.
You won't change shape/get too much better after ONE workout--no matter how hard it is.
One workout, one week of training, heck, even one month of training isn't what you need to be great.
It's a process. If you want results, you have to grind for many months. Even that's not enough for some. Some require years of training before they get really good.
Point being: Don't expect results after ONE workout
