Around what speed did you do these at and incline? Would you say around 8.7-9.0? (I know treadmill calibration isnt the same, so just the general range) and how long would you have done these for? 90 minutes?

Anecdotal, I've done a lot of tempo/LT runs on the treadmill and have always put it at a 1% incline. With that setting my Garmin footpod will read a bit faster (maybe 15s / mile quicker), which I'm okay with for a treadmill run, and feels close to a road run.
So for a 3 hour MP (6:52) I'd put it at the same value (8.7 mph) with 1% incline for the run. Maybe 8.8mph if you really want to feel you are hitting the pace.

+1
These can be tougher mentally though. I can usually go a little faster outside than treadmill at 1% incline for same workout. Start off slightly conservatively
