I am in the UK and did a search for the Vapour Fly next%. I can't find any available for sale. Looks like they are sold out. Presumably Nike will be producing more?

Try prodirectrunning (dot) com. They still have a number of colours and sizes available. Nike themselves still have a few smaller sizes.
If you're in london the nike store at the intersection of Oxford st and Regent st has them.
Is the British Vapour Fly completely different than the American Vapor Fly? Or just spelled differently?
Take 1 parts vaporfly add 1/2 tpsn of flour.
That's because you're searching for the wrong thing.
It's spelled VAPOR, not Vapour ;)
Pronounced Vah-Pur, not Vah-Pour
Yal can buy these from Nike Canada . Just just need a passport .
This is part of the company strategy to make the product appear more in demand and get more customers in the long-term.
Garmin did the same thing with the Vector bike pedals (power meter). Artificially decrease availability in the start to create buzz/hype and increase long-term sales.
Media is always giving free advertisement when products are out of sale, which makes even more customers interested in it and buy it once they stock up again. Keep in mind, Nike convinced people that a running shoe that lasts 200-300 miles is better than others and that the price of $290 is justified, which is very ridiculous. Just get an Adios for $70 that lasts 500 miles and laugh while others throw their money at Nike.
