I did a real hard workout Sunday, so because bad weather is moving in for the rest of the week, this afternoon l did 20x400 with 50 seconds to one minute in between, in 87- 82 avg 84. The original goal of the was 12, but l had a sore calf that was hurting after 4, so l backed off the intensity, actually running it at a pace l felt relaxed at. This is only because my calf was sore. After the last one l did 200 in 38 seconds. I didn't want to push to the max in terms of speed, but l made it up in volume. What is my 5k time off this? Ball park idea? Keep in mind l had a sore calf, tired, and was running relaxed.
