We've hated him for so long on here that I forgot why we initially hated him.

I hate on most everything British. Fake British, then, well, you know.
Everything about him seems to be a lie, but no one can quite pin him down. He slithers out of one sleazy situation to another, with seeming impunity. He definitely epitomizes the "protected" athlete.
The probable doping
The "mobot"
His false persona
Haven’t seen him so that heart thing recently. At this point double birds seem more likely.
at a relatively soft time for distance in track he manufactored the most boring championship races. while i respect that he raced safe and just to win, from this fan's perspective he didn't take any risks so Im glad his era of snooze is over.
1) Doping: Nobody go from journey man and canon fodder to absolute champion winning all race and WC and olympic titles suddenly at age 28 without industrial doping.
2) He is a boring championship racer, did not attempt any time record because he wasn't good enough.
3) Don't belong in the all time great list despite his titles

LOL @ #3. Give me a break.
Never hated him. In fact I enjoyed how much his success pissed people off on here. He was the Donald Trump of track.
It was pretty disappointing how he never cared about time trialing. He did run a fast 1500 and indoor 2 mile, but it would have been nice to see what he could do in a outdoor 3k, 5k, or 10k.
He’s 100% doped. That’s why. As others pointed out no one at age 28, after being a pro for nearly a decade simply changes coaches and goes from mid pack to unstoppable without drugs. Period end of story and the explanation point would be the block to wada to test his stored blood/urine samples by him/the uk. Obvious doper. None more obvious (other than maybe Paula R.). He even is more obvious than lance was during his 7 tdf titles!!!! Lance at least didn’t wait till nearly after his prime to become an unstoppable drugged up cheat!!! Mo must think all humans are retards to believe his career is “natural”.
And above all, you hardlyloper know this. With your career and the conversations you and I have had in person years ago regarding drugs in the sport I know you know this and are just asking a retarded question. I have lost respect (what little I had for you) today.

Don’t forget that before Mo became a world beater, he used to gorge himself full of all kinds of meat including his favourite the double whopper.
Alberto switched him to a 100% Plath based diet and the results were astonishing just like in game changers movie. The only thing Alberto did was inject Mo with B12 to make sure his levels were healthy.
Mo deserves credit for switching from carnivore to 100% plant based ?
Can't spell Hardloper without EPO.

1 and 2 fit the image. He has won too much to ignore.
I also think he seems fake in most of his life. He leaves his family for most of the year to train in Africa or elsewhere. I recall a story where his daughter did not recognize him after he returned. Now, changing his name like he was just hiding his culture for image, just dishonest.
He is a true champion.
Unbeatable on the track 2012-2017.
People hate those who win, win and win again.

That's wrong. People loved Bekele and Haile.

Yes, In addition of being the Lance Armstrong of running, his personnality is not likeable. He is getting involved in fights , clash and stories with randoms people in the street.
Well he's a different kind of champion, his own champion.
I think people don't like him because of the drug suspicion, but everyone has been suspected of doing drugs.
They don't like him because of his antics at the Geb hotel, and maybe he did sound like a clown but that doesn't take his gold medal away from him.
He had a different approach than Geb (very charismatic) Bekele (seemed to anihilate everyone, more serious personality). His approach was to clean up at the championships. And he does have charisma.
Maybe he doesn't have the WR's of those two (he has the indoor 2 mile, so people can't say he doesn't have a WR) but he does clean up at the championships.
That's about all I have to say about him.
yeah, aside from the doping Mo just doesn't come across as a very likeable guy.
