13:00 for 3k race walk is 1088 points according to the IAAF tables.
1088 points would equate to a 2:03.75 800m, 4:15.05 1500m, a 4:34.40 mile, a 6:28.29 2000m SC, a 9:05.38 3k, a 10:03.15 3000m SC, a 9:46.08 2 miles, a 15:39.59 5000m, and a 32:59.05 10000m. (included everything because why not)
It's also equivalent to a 22:23 5k race walk, a 46:10 10k race walk, 1:35:12 20k race walk, and a 4:40:27 50k race walk.
Now does this mean she'll hit any of these times necessarily? No. I don't think she'll hit any of those conversions for running this year, although she is a very talented runner. Quite frankly, she's still at the point where her race walking is ahead of her running. Maybe she'll hit the 6:28 steeplechase barrier at New Balance (more likely around 6:30 flat), especially if Sarah Trainor is back and on par with her junior year. But I'm guessing she'll focus more of her energy into racing a relay with her teammates.
I do think that she'll break the 5k, 10k, and maybe even 20k race walk times later on this season. She has a lot of endurance and she's only going to progress throughout the season.
