This race starts at 11:15 am California time.
The conditions will be 65 degrees F with 62 percent humidity and a condensation point of 52. This is not ideal but not terrible either, and much better than at Athens.
Will Huina Xing be in the same form as at Athens? If so, will she be the one to take first, and also be the 2nd runner all time under 30 minutes?
Or will Tirunesh Dibaba, coming off double victories at the WCCC be the one to do this?
Is it possible there will be more than 2 runners under 30?
The odds are stacked against them as, again, the weather is not ideal. However I am looking forward to this race and results.
