Many camps in Kenya are on a rolling 10-day schedule. Saying you must schedule your training over a 7 day period is as arbitrary as a 10 day period. Listen to your body.
Help me create an optimal training schedule. My “exhausting” days at work are typically Tuesday and Thursday so I want to reserve those as easy + stride days. With that being said, where do you think it would be best to schedule workout days and a long run day?
