I did previous work that showed me I am between 1:51-1:54 range. I also have about a 16:30 5k capacity.
Oh and if I wanted to run around 1:19 for the 600 what "times" should be hit in training over what distance.

Your 49s speed is fantastic and enough to run around 1:48 if you develop the endurance/stamina.
16:30 5k shows absolutely horrendous endurance/aerobic abilities for your talent as a runner. Press that down to 15 flat and you will run 1:48-1:49. Even 800m specialists can still run a good 5k. 16:30 is more like what 2 flat 800m specialists can run, stop being lazy and do the work..
