You should think of Amazon less like an online Walmart and more like an online marketplace that is similar to an eBay: when you look at items you are not just getting one price from one seller, but prices on items (and item variations, such as color) from a number of different sellers.
Some SKUs were bought super cheap by the seller (like someone else mentioned, maybe a color way didn't sell well) and are, therefore, listed at a lower price on the Amazon marketplace. They could also just be flat out fakes that are listed at a lower price.
I usually stick to reputable websites (Road Runner, Runner's Warehouse) when I'm not buying directly from the manufacturer. Amazon can be too much of a sh*t show with fakes.
