is this a silly idea? it's a 'parkrun' thing - there's one in my hometown and then another starting 90 minutes later in a different town. family are going to both so I am thinking of coming along. plan so far is to really race the first one and then see what happens at the second. bear in mind I race fasted when it's only 5k and starts this early, and probably won't eat between. anyone done something like this before? tips?
