Howdy, just ran my first ever 800 (in a 4x800) indoors and my leg was 2:44. I want to improve this. I missed a week of training 2 weeks before the race due to sickness and think I am in 2:40 shape but I want to get that to 2:30 or so within two or three months. My 5k is 19:46 and my 1600 is 5:44. What kind of workouts are best to improve this time?
