Has anyone used it? Did you feel it helped you?? Or did it do anything??

Bump
I've been using it for about a month now. I have noticed some improvements with my training runs. I don't know if this is from the supplements or if I've finally just started getting the benifits of training.
I've spent all spring and all of this summer to date in a constant struggle with my trainig. I've felt like complete crap day after day. I'm doing 70-80 mpw, and from March-June I wasn't seeing any improvement. I decided to give the supplement a try and after about 2 weeks I thought maybe there was some difference. This last week there was a noticable difference in my training runs.
Again, I don't know if it was the supplement itself, a placebo effect, or just the fact that I've been busting my ass and the body finally responded. Only time will tell.
I'm not saying go buy the stuff, because it is costly. Just food for thought.
Tempted by the ads but that crap cost like $80.00 a bottle. I could by real steroids cheaper.
Anyone else try it??
Its like 60 at GNC.. Was wondering if its worth it..
I figure that if I really wanted to make bigger imporovment in my running I'd drop that last 8 lbs, I'd do more morning runs. Maybe this would make a difference if I really was maxing out, but I know there is a lot more I could do before I worry about taking this stuff.
Plus if it really worked it would already be banned and illegal.

Thanks for the insightful addition to this. You don't know that it doesn't work, you just want to act like you're a tuff guy. Typical skinny wimpy runner who will never amount to shit.
he ain't that skinny if he needs to lose 8 more pounds

Yes, in my opinion, it works. I've been taking it since June. I am able to train at a high level, nearly everyday. I just seem to feel great on most of my runs. I'm 45 years old, train about 55-60 mpw. I don't know, and really don't care if it's a placebo effect or not. Or if I'm just getting in pretty good shape. $50 for a 90 day supply (at GNC) is worth it to me.
When do you take this stuff right after runs like you do with other supplements or like a vitamin or what. I did a little research and saw that it only came in pill form, does it come in powder form also? And what in anyone's opinion would be a better supplement epovar or glutamine for an 800 runner who does fairly low mileage (40-50 mpw)?
I've been following the directions. Take 3 tablets 90-120 minutes before running. Take 2 tablets with a meal on your off days.
I hate to admit it--but I have tried it as well.
But, I have to admit--I am seeing some pretty solid improvements. I am not at the point to where I would guarantee that it is the epovar, but I tried to stay very consistent with my training and my times are coming down (significantly considering I am old and slow).
Also--after looking at the main ingredients, I have a feeling you could "reproduce" a similar substance by combining a couple supplements.
I remember everyone blasting the epovar ad guy when he was posting on here. That made it more intriguing for me for some reason. I still think trolls like that should take a long walk off a short pier--but I am happy with it so far.
it's total garbage. seriously. don't waste your money. it's another fake like Vaam and stuff like that was.
VAAM sucked and they failed to refund my money, despite their so-called money back promise. The basics work, although, I do take a handful of vitamins daily, I think that is all one needs and some protein supplement goes a long ways after hard efforts.

Whats in the stuff!
Well I bought a bottle and started taking it today. So I will see how it works I will say its tastless unlike the multivitamins I take from GNC.
Yeah, whoever said I was skinny ain't seen my spare tire.
I'm glad someone is trying the stuff. It's certainly tempting. Keep us posted on your results.
it's just a couple of vitamins w/ an amino acid...what's so special about it?
The main vitamin it's pimping is orotic acid or B-13. Like with any vitamin an abundance will only be pissed away. Just eat food like normal people.

How's the progress with this stuff? Still using?
