Family time, hence the 3 weeks off. A wife and daughters to spend time with. My running is early mornings so all completed by the time everyone is up and about.
This will be the highest mileage for me. Previous highest was 91.
Fitness level ok, last 4 weeks with an average of 66mpw. I am going to try and use this as a base for a marathon in the spring.
After the 3 weeks I will try to stay above or as close as I can too 100 mpw. But who knows with doubles i could stay a little higher.
Current masters PRs - HM: 1.21, 10km: 37.19, 5km: 17.42
Ran in school, long time ago with 1500 PR of 4.02.
