I think I posted this last night but couldn't find it so I'll try again. I found a device that I got a few years back and is used to restrict breathing and you use it by taking deep breaths in and out and the goal is to make your lungs stronger and more powerful. And I was wondering if there really is a benifit to using while just sitting at home when I'm not running or use it while I'm doing burpees. Obviously dont use it while running but I didnt know if you could benefit from it or if it was just a waste of 20 dollars. I'm not gonna replace it with running because that would be absurd but didnt know if using it on top of my mileage would benefit any
