Hi, its possible to an amateur runner with 26 years that started running endurance with a bit more than 2 months before with a very try hard training program, with 10km in morning and 10km at night, with that improvement:
50m (21 September)
46m( 07 October)
43m (24 October)
41m (01 December)
40m (07 December)
Would i have potential to down from 30m in 3/4 years or its an illusion and lost of time with 26 years? I will do an official running in 31 december, and i expect 38/39 maybe, if possible.
