Analysis: I chose to use the NXR meets for data because the NXN meet is in Portland and can be difficult for athletes from other regions, I just thought the regional meets would make more sense… If you take out the positive outliers(single athletes with very high ratings), based off my mental math New York would move ahead of Northwest. The Northeast is unsurprisingly slow, primarily because they do not have their best state, New York. If the Northeast and New York were combined they would be up with California, which is interesting, because the Northeast seems to get smoked at Footlocker(study for another day).
