I'm no longer going with the unofficial WR route of fastest 400 ever at heights less than 6'0 tall and bodyweights over 210 seeing that there are probably plenty of NFL running backs that could beat me in this at over 210.
But let's phrase it a different way to start.
Can anyone here run under 57 seconds at a bodyweight over 190 pounds?
No current crossfit athlete can do this. I've been roasting them for 6 years and nobody has come through with proof.
We will start with just the 57 at over 190 without adding in the height requirement of you have to be less than 6'0 tall.
Meaning pencil neck Trey Hardee and his 47 seconds at a full 6'5 tall and only 210 pounds doesn't count.
If I were 6'5 I would have been 245 when I ran this.
Sucks when real athletes show you all up huh? That always sucks.
