Depends on his frame.
110-120
Elite 10 k runners have 18.5-19.5 BMI, so around 130-135 lbs.
I know a guy that's 5'9" 137lbs and ran 28:30 at that weight. So 5'10" and 145lbs seems similar proportions, maybe 142lbs. But don't make it a point to reach a certain weight, your training should funnel you to a certain body type. When you train to do something your body adjusts to make you do what you're training your to do.

Yomif Kejelcha is 16.5 Chris Solinsky is 21.8. The average does seem to be 18.5-20.

I'm 5'10" and I know it's not 205 either! I'd go with the 130-140 range depending on the frame.
Rupp 5'10, 138
Lomong 5'11, 152
El Guerrouj 5'9, 128
Centrowitz 5'9, 133
Webb 5'9, 145
Tergat 5'11.5, 137
Coe 5'8.5 , 119
Rudisha 6'3, 168
Hall 5'10, 127
After careful analysis I have determined that 5'10 runners should weigh up to 140lbs to compete in 5k and 10k.
Closer to 130 lbs for marathon.
That's true but it varies by the individual, I'd experiment with a +/- of 3 lbs. so find the best weight.

Peter Snell was 5'10" and 1 70.
135 - 138. No more than 140.

BS
I'm 5'11" and ran collegiately at 130lbs and went 29:52 for my college PR.
Varies athlete to athlete. It's unhealthy to think you should weigh a certain amount *cough* Salazar *cough*
Just eat healthy and do the training, and your body will naturally find its ideal weight and body composition.

And he ran the 800 and the mile. Not the 5k or 10k.
