I'm a marathon runner and ultrarunner (50miles) but I'm getting bored of the events.
I love the feeling of dedicating my time to one thing (im a total hobby jogger I do this to excite myself around work) but I'm just getting worn out from marathons.
Help me with some new ideas? Ironmans? Stuff like that.

Get into and hold a handstand with no support
Say "I love you" for the first time.
Find a pump and run race.
You subtract time for every rep of bodyweight bench press (or % of bodyweight depending on age/gender) -- up to 30 max.
Get a blue belt in BJJ -- you'll be much better off in a physical altercation than a huge % of the population.
Run a marathon under 2 hours is pretty difficult. Running one under 2:19 is also fairly difficult. Running a 5k under 14 minutes is fairly difficult.
Running an ultra or ironman doesn't make you better than someone that runs something shorter and faster than you.

This is true but running a 50miler at a fast speed is harder than running just a marathon. Running a 50miler at 2:50 marathon pace is way harder than running a marathon at a 2:40pace.

If you're getting worn down by marathons, then Ironman is not the answer to your question. Ironman is quite a bit more expensive than running marathons too. At first it's cool to be able to say that you did it, but then just like a slow marathon, you realize that it's not that impressive. To competitively run a marathon or Ironman would be fulfilling. Just finishing isn't so cool.
I have thought about trying to get to 100 consecutive push-ups. That would be a real challenge, and I've never dedicated the effort to be able to do it.

I’ve been thinking about good physical goals for 2020, and I think I’d like to focus on being more well-rounded with regards to strength and running. I came up with trying to do a bodyweight shoulder press, 2x bodyweight deadlift, and bodyweight/10 5k all on the same day.

sprint 100m in 10secs
Finish a bottle of vodka everyday

You’re right, that would prove very difficult during a lifetime, much less if a time limit were put on it.
And you’d most likely have assume a new identity, as you would be unable to feed or clothe yourself due to child support. And I might add, justifiably so!

So, you want to bring up the real man thing again? Ok.
Criteria for being a real man:
1) Military service
2) Primary caretaker for elderly or disabled person that's NOT your vocation -- so like a parent or other family member.
3) Worker in some way in a war zone -- construction, journalist, whatever.
4) Married, active father to 2-4 children. You must live in the same house with those children and the mother, and you must take care of them financially and emotionally. You can't be a BAD father and be a man. You also do not have to procreate. You could be a father to them by adoption or marriage (wife had kids from previous marriage for example). Need at least 2 to fully feel what it's like to be a father, and more than 4 just allows the kids to take care of themselves too much, so 2-4 kids is the range. Now, if you had 4 and then one moves out and you had a 5th, then I'd accept that.
Those are the main ways to be a man. I would consider others if you want to provide them.
A single guy though who never has children and works to support himself and his lifestyle and doesn't fall into any of the other criteria I spelled out isn't a real man in my opinion. To be a real man requires serious responsibility, and that isn't fully realized for most people unless they are a GOOD father to 2-4 children.
