In track and field, unlike real professional sports, we do not publish salary information for athletes and coaches. That would cause too much tangential interest in our sport.
Jerry makes $300K in an typical year, with performance bonuses, according to my outsider knowledge. Regarding the others, I can't guess with as much confidence.

He shunned away offers a couple of times because he was content in Wisconsin. But then he was given an "opportunity he couldn't refuse" which I interpret as double or greater than what he earned at Wisconsin
