It was difficult but not quuuuuittte all out. Good conditions but I was all by myself in trainers.
Recent races:
16:34 on a fast course two weeks ago after taking the first mile out in 4:56, I gave up a little more than I had to over the last 2.1
16:41 on an EXTREMELY slow course, I think this was a better race, I was about 14 seconds off of a 15:57 guy
4:33 1600m time trial all by myself (66, 70, 71, 66) in spikes
I race on a fast course again in 3 weeks. Is sub 16 possible? I'm also racing a 3200 in two weeks, what should I aim for to set myself up for sub 16? 9:45?
