my lowest ever was 32 and incidently i was the fittest ever then.
i trained like a freak then at least 4 really hard sessions wich magazines only allowonce a week.I also did many hours of training.I couldnt run one inch then though i was injurred from running and trippled my training with crosstraining.I did some days with 3 hours of many activity's then.Did combine intervals(comparavble to 5k pace) with lt training on one evening that lasted 2 - 3 hours of training.I did more evenings like that in a week.
I did swim,cycling(+spinning),row,stair,ski machine back then.
I was willing to overtrain then and didnt.I had nothing on running to lose(since i couldnt).If i currently cant get fitter i am going to take up my log to see all those days... and replace some training with running.
I did however lived very unstressfull except for one event then and i ate and slept alot i ven combined that with school.
Anyone here who can break it(honnestly)?
And what training did you do?
